This Course Sale and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing and requesting refunds for online courses (“Courses”) offered by Character Art School (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in any Course, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by this Policy.
- Course Purchase
– Enrolment: Upon successful payment, you will gain access to the Course content as described on our website or platform.
– Pricing: All Course prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of purchase is final.
– Access: Course access is granted for lifetime access unless otherwise stated. Access is personal and non-transferable.
– Payment: We accept payments via PayPal. All transactions are secure and processed through our payment provider.
- Refund Policy
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our Courses. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
– Refund Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
– Course Consumption: Refunds are only eligible if you have consumed less than 30% of the Course content, as determined by our platform’s tracking system (e.g., videos watched, modules completed, or materials accessed).

– Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
– Non-Refundable Cases:
– Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period.
– Courses where more than 30% of the content has been consumed.
– Courses purchased through third-party platforms, where their refund policies apply.
– Courses accessed using shared or unauthorized accounts.
– Discretionary Refunds: We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet these criteria or in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated refund requests).
- Cancellations and Modifications
– Course Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a Course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an option to transfer to an alternative Course.
– Course Modifications: We may update or modify Course content to improve quality or accuracy. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund
– Customer Cancellations: Once purchased, Courses cannot be cancelled outside the refund period and conditions outlined in Section 3.
- Technical Issues

Refunds for technical issues are subject to the same 7-day and 30% consumption criteria unless the issue prevents access entirely and is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Intellectual Property
All Course content, including videos, documents, quizzes, and other materials, is owned by Character Art School or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share Course content without prior written consent. Violation may result in termination of access without a refund.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Character Art School is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course or inability to access it. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Course.
