Nikki Female Gesture Pack

This is a big set of one model, Nikki, shot in the studio against plain white. There are 511 photos, all at full camera resolution, so you can zoom right in on a hand or a foot when you need to.

It’s built for gesture drawing. The poses start simple and standing, then move through crouches, lunges and twists, staff and ball work, chair and stool poses, and finish on the floor: kneeling, seated and reclining. Most poses were shot from several sides, so you can walk around the figure instead of guessing what the back looks like.

How I’d use it

Drop the folder into any slideshow or gesture-timer app. Give yourself 30 seconds to 2 minutes a pose and draw the action, not the details. Save the longer 5–10 minute sits for the chair and floor poses.
