Character Art School is now a membership

Become the Artist whose characters people always remember.

One membership opens the entire school: every course, a new lesson every month, an assignment with a real deadline, and a critique that tells you the truth about your work. This is where hobby drawing turns into a body of work you can show someone.

Why talented people stay stuck

You are not short on tutorials.
You are short on a system.

Almost every artist who feels stuck has already watched hundreds of hours of free video. The video was never the problem.

01

You learn, but nothing changes

Watching someone else draw feels like progress. A week later your own work looks identical, because nothing ever forced you to apply it under pressure.

02

Nobody tells you what's actually wrong

Likes are not feedback. Without someone experienced pointing at the specific error, you repeat the same mistake for years and start calling it your style.

03

You start strong, then quietly drift

No deadline, no accountability, nobody waiting for the work. Motivation carries you about two weeks. Structure carries you two years.

What the membership actually does

Structure. Deadlines. Critique.

Those three things are what separate artists who improve from artists who accumulate references. Everything inside this membership exists to deliver them, on repeat, every single month.

A path, not a playlist

The complete library, laid out in the order that actually builds skill — fundamentals, construction, anatomy, perspective, colour, rendering, style. You always know what to do next.

A deadline you can't ignore

One assignment every month, with a hard cut-off. Finished work beats perfect work — and finished work is the only thing a portfolio is made of.

Work reviewed out loud

Your work gets looked at properly and reviewed on camera. You see exactly what to fix and why — and you learn just as much watching everyone else get reviewed.

Included with every tier

Nine complete courses. One membership.

Over a hundred hours of structured, no-fluff instruction — plus new lessons and teardowns added every month while you’re a member.

Complete Character Drawing

The flagship. Construction, gesture, heads, hands, expression and design — the spine of everything else.

Complete Coloring & Painting

A logical, repeatable workflow for bringing light, colour and mood to a finished character.

Manga Art School

Authentic anime and manga construction — proportion, stylisation, panels and expression.

Anatomy Art School

Skeletal and structural anatomy, so your figures hold up from any angle instead of only the one you practised.

Perspective Art School

Draw in 3D on purpose. Environments, scenes and backgrounds stop being the thing you avoid.

Complete Art Fundamentals

The principles underneath every style — value, edges, shape, composition and observation.

Complete ProCreate Masterclass

Turn the iPad into a professional studio: brushes, layers, workflow and finished illustration.

Complete Copic Markers

Traditional colour done properly — blending, lighting and shading with the industry’s markers.

Creativity and Fear

The productivity course for artists: beat the blank page, finish work, and keep showing up.

The transformation

What changes in your first ninety days

Not vague inspiration. Specific, visible differences in the work you make — the kind you can see by flipping back three months in your own sketchbook.
  • You stop guessing at anatomy and start constructing figures that hold up from any angle.
  • Your characters read instantly — silhouette, shape language and design that say who someone is before a word is read.
  • Colour and light stop being luck. You light a character deliberately and get the mood you intended.
  • You draw in perspective without fighting it, so environments stop being the thing you crop out.
  • You finish things. Three assignments in, you have finished pieces instead of a folder of abandoned sketches.
  • You can talk about your own work like a professional, because you’ve heard it critiqued — and heard everyone else’s too.

Students who were exactly where you are

Reviews from students of the Complete Character Drawing course — one of the nine courses your membership opens on day one.
★★★★★Rated 5 out of 5
“Phenomenal course! I went from 0 art or drawing experience drawing stick figures to being able to draw cool 3-dimensional cartoon art from only this course! I did not even learn from other sources. This course has the quality of a college level course. I could see myself learning this in a college I paid 1000 dollars for.”

“As difficult as I find drawing to be I definitely have come a long way. From barely drawing heads and faces to fully illustrating characters from my imagination.

Nicholas Ricardo Perez

“Mind-boggling! The course puts stuff that would otherwise take years, if ever, to learn, into a few hours of learning, and lots of hours to practice while watching a master demonstrating.”

“I have spent $100’s on art courses in the past, and so far in this course I have learned so much about fundamentals and new ways to look at art that I never learned in the past. So far I’m very impressed with the course.

“I purchased this course as a last resort in my search for learning how to draw. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the steps and guides in this course are easy to follow and replicable. Thank you very much Scott!”

“Amazing techniques and tips from basics to advanced levels. If you’re a beginner or struggling to learn basics, just start learning from this guy. Its a value for money course.”

Before you join

The questions everyone asks

I'm a complete beginner. Is this too advanced?

No. The library starts at first principles — how to hold a line, how to build a form — and the recommended path tells you exactly where to begin. Beginners tend to improve fastest here, because they never build the bad habits in the first place.

I'm already intermediate. Will this be too basic?

Skip ahead. The library is yours to move through in any order, and the monthly assignment plus critique is where intermediate artists get the most value — it is the specific feedback that is almost impossible to find anywhere else.

How much time does this take each month?

The assignment is designed to be completed in a handful of focused sessions. Members who put in three to five hours a week see clear, visible change. Everything is recorded, so you are never punished for a busy month.

What if I fall behind?

Nothing is lost. Courses, past assignments and every recorded critique stay available for as long as you’re a member, so you pick up exactly where you stopped.

Can I cancel?

Any time, in two clicks from your dashboard. Your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for — there is no cancellation fee and no phone call.

What's the real difference between Studio and Atelier?

Studio gives you the whole school plus the group critique. Atelier adds Scott’s personal attention: your own recorded critique every month, a weekly live session, a portfolio track, and a direct line for questions. It is capped at 30 people for that reason.

The artist you want to be is on the other side of finished work.

Not another tutorial. A path, a deadline, and someone who will tell you the truth about your drawing. Pick the tier that matches how far you want to take it.
