Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- You are the original purchaser of the Course.
- You have not completed more than 10% of the Course content (e.g., viewed fewer than the first 1-2 modules, depending on the Course structure).
- You comply with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of the Purchase Date.
Refunds are not available for partial access or completion beyond the eligibility threshold, as Courses are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. We encourage you to review a Course preview (if available) before buying to ensure it meets your needs.
Conditions and Exceptions
- Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by agreeing to immediate access to the Course (e.g., via a checkbox during checkout confirming you waive the cooling-off period in exchange for instant delivery), you expressly consent to forgo this right under applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., EU Directive 2011/83/EU). If you do not consent to immediate access, please do not complete the purchase.
- No Refunds for:
- Completed or substantially accessed Courses (over 10% viewed).
- Digital downloads, worksheets, or supplementary materials already provided.
- Changes in mind, dissatisfaction with content quality (unless it materially fails to deliver as described), or personal circumstances.
- Technical issues resolved after purchase or caused by your equipment/internet.
- Partial Refunds: Not offered. Refunds, if approved, are full (minus any non-refundable fees).
- Non-Refundable Fees: Paddle’s processing fees (typically 5% + fixed amount) and any applicable taxes are non-refundable. Currency conversion or bank fees are your responsibility.
- Promotions/Discounts: Refunds will be issued at the original purchase price, prorated for any applied discounts.
Refunds are at the sole discretion of Paddle and the Company, evaluated on a case-by-case basis to prevent abuse. We aim to honor valid requests promptly.
Refund Process

- Issuance: If approved, refunds are processed via your original payment method:
- Credit/debit cards: 3-10 business days.
- PayPal: 5-7 business days. Paddle will send a credit note PDF for your records.
- Disputes: If denied, you may contact Paddle directly at paddle.net/support for escalation. Chargebacks are discouraged and may result in account suspension.
