Studio · Start here
You don’t need all nine courses this week. You need the next 20 minutes. There are two good ways to start, so pick whichever suits you. Missed a week? Just carry on from where you stopped. Nothing locks, and nobody’s counting.
Option 1 · A suggested path
Each path picks lessons from across the courses in a sensible order, one week at a time.
Option 2 · One course, start to finish
Choose the course you’re most excited about and work through it in its standard order. Every course is included in Studio.
